In the middle of the Arb is a large grassy area where people come to play
frisbee, sit and study, or spread out picnic blankets and enjoy the sun.
Several years ago,
Susan
Skarsgard led a project to plant a zig-zag line of daffodils across
the center of the Arb.
I can't say that I'm thrilled by the addition of the daffodil line, but
I admit that it was an interesting approach to art.
